So another day another dissapointment. So here's what happened, Leila was telling me at lunch how she had been looking through her mom's old yearbooks, and she found one page that was upside down. It just said in little letter at the bottom"This page it upside down!" And then it was jsut a regular page. Now I thought that was a really fun idea, so I propoed it to the class today, and I got Shot Down, capitol S capitol D. I was completely shocked. Of course I didn't expect everyone to like the idea, but really, what ever happened to constructive critiscism? I didn't even get logicla reason why they wouldn't like, it was jsut no, That would look stupid, We're not doing that. Seriously, no one is going to feel safe presenting ideas if they get that kind of reception. I sure don't feel like presenting ideas any more, and I'm one of the editors.
But on the brighter side of things I finally got my picture drawn onto my canvas for art. I start painting Monday! and I get to use the big fun film camera at the football game tonight. yey for that. I also have very little homework. So it coudl be a good weekend, first sunday school in this sunday, and another Breathe. Yey! And apparently every senior in Art gets to sign up fr two weeks to display thier art in the display case at school, so I guess I picked the right year to be in art then huh? The only problem is, I don't know ifI'll have enough art to fill a case. We'll see.
