So the Ox Cart festivities wound down last night, with the fire works show finale. It was pretty good for a Crapsvilel presentation. They even had a 16 inch shell. Whatever that means. I believe it was the biggest one. The most enjoyable festivity aside from the Miss Crappsvilel pageant of course was teh book sale at the library. A bag of books for $2! My mom went a little crazy and picked out every book printed befoer 1950. She plans to re-sell them to antique book stores if she doesn't like them. I got about 3 bags of books, and am in sore need of another book shelf. I found a ton of really cool art books too. I found a four book series on the art museums of Europe, and a mutiple bok series with different artists, and even slides of their work. It was tons of fun.
I had an exciting shopping trip today, I got some new sheets and curtains, apparently I am now re-doing my room. I also got my Miss Crappsville pictures one-hour photoed, and found a new sweater for this winter. All in all pretty productive.
I was a rather depressing day though, in just a few days everyone leaves for college. It's getting more and more depressing. Wonder Woman is having he last sleep over with one of her long time friends, and I can't help but think this is how it's going to be for the next year.
But on the bright side my parents finally caved and bought us a scanner. I spent the evening scanning in pictures ot my hearts content. it wasa blast. But I'm muy tired now, so I'm going to head ot bed. Good night to all and to all a good night?
