Alright, I currently have no motivation what-so-ever to do my homework. So I'm going to blog for >30 minutes and then I'm going to work. So this weekend after much ado Albert came down. On Friday we went shopping, and I bought tank tops for camp, a pretty tank top for fun, and a new purse that looks like a tank top kinda. On Saturday we went to the resident hall spring formal. It was a decent formal, a lot more like a high school dance than I anticipated, but oh well. The chocolate cake was worth it, as well as getting to dance in the water. Oh, and stealing a table decoration, that was all Albert. We also got pretty good pictures.

Today was a wierd day, I went to all my classes except calc lecture of course. I quit calc lecture because I got more confused there that I already was. Not to worry though, I still go to discussion and do decently on the tests. Freshman seminar was a joke, we had a presentation by two of the classmembers about behavioral genetics. This is what I'm doing my final paper on, so it made me sad, because they used sources from 1991, you can't do that in a field like genetics it's too dynamic. Bio discussion freaked me out for our test, and after discussion I realized I'd forgotten to print my lab report for the previous experiment, so in the 1/2 hour between discussion and Bio lab I had to book it back to my dorm get my report and book it back to MCB. I was only a little bit late, but it still made me a littel sad that I couldn't go from MCB to my dorm and back in under 1/2 hour. I even took the bus.

Lab itself was bad too, we were there all three hours, and we were the first two people out of both lab sections. We are growing and cloning E coli currently, and two girls left while their electrophoresis gel ran to go eat, and the brought our TA back a piece of pizza, into the room of E coli. He made them throw it away. It was good fun for those of us who didn't have to take care of them though. I was very proud today, my acquaintance friend Ben in my lab didn't spill anything today. He actually got a quote when he spilled the flask of E coli a couple weeks ago. Our TA Bernard told him he was going to have to get in the shower because he had to wash it off, and he became very flustered, and explained that he didn't have any E coli on himself, as soon as Bernard left he said ... know what it's not funny anymore, so never mind I ruined the story.

Alright I have a couple more minutes left to blog. So I'm going to tell you my schedule for next semester. I'm going to take Calc II, Organic Chem I, Principles of Nutrition, a class called Intimate Relationships that fullfills about 3 of my liberal education requirements, and Biology coloquim. AAAugh, crazy first semester. Ok, bloggin' time is up, I need to do some more Calc.
