Ah, the last bits of summer. These days used to bring me dreadm I'd have to go face another year of school and my peers that were Minnesota nice to me. (except for my real friends of course you guys are for real nice) But this year, it's very different, I'm totally pumped to head to college, I'm not even that nervous, my roommate seems really cool, and Miss Alex is onyl a floor below me, so I don't have to go it totally alone. And not only that, but my roommate is in two of my classes, and she said she doesn't mind if Albert stays with us when he comes to visit.

It's crazy that most people are in school already. I still don't leave ot move in for four days. My roommate (calling her Jenny from now on, because her name is not roommate) is bringing fish, though not immediately. Exciting. We don't have much furniture though, currently we have the dorm provided furnishings, a bean bag chair every other month, and a fridge and microwave, stereo, tv/vcr/dvd dealio.

I have most of my summer homework done as well, so it'll be nice to have some free time we have threes days to get situated. And then on Tuesday classes start. I should really getmy paper mostly written, and just needing some proofreading before i go though, it would make life a lot simpler, especialyl since I don't have word on my laptop yet, since we can get the miscrosoft office package for only $6 once we're down there. And i need to get packing, I have a lot left to do. And only 4 days to do it.

I have a new passion. Lit by the witch in Snow White. I want a cape. The one the witch had came down the stairs so cool-like in the movie. I decided for halloween I'm going to be something witha cape this year. And i know I already have my hobbit cloak, but I'm talking long velvet opera cape style. My Hobbit cape rocks my socks still though. So I went on an e-bay quest and found and bunch of cool capes. And i would like to get one, but they are slightly expensive. I'm not sure yet, but I'm thinking about them.

Pretty cool right? Well I sure think so. Do you think I should go with a darker or lighter color? there's a really pretty blue one as well. Hmmmm. Have a lovely evening/afternoon/morning!

Yesterday we went on a shopping extravaganza. We had to find Al some clothes to wear for his senior pictures. And we did! We got him two pairs of pants, and two pretty shirts. He even agreed to buy jeans. He's turned out to be an excellent little shopper.

I wasn't quite as successful, but I did find a candle that smells like grass, and the freaking coolest notebooks in the world. My math notebook comes with a protractor/ruler, and multiplication table, formulas, pretty much everything we learned in pre-calc. My science one has a protractor/ruler, periodic table, temperature/weight conversions, bio cheat sheet, and graph paper in the back! And my english one has commonly mispelled words, gramar rules that we didn't even learn in high school all kinds of good stuff. I'm in love with these notebooks.

And I'll leave you with an amusing story out of the times:
LITTLE ROCK Ark. - A trucker claims the spanking left him with a badly bruised behind, but the three exotic dancers who were paid to paddle the birthday boy are saying they're innocent.

Kelly Eslick,21 and Lisa Nolen and Charlene Smith, both 23, appeared Thursday in court to dace felony charges of participating in an obscene performance and misdemeanor batterycharges. Lowery's friends paid $25 for the spanking as part of Lowery's 31st birthday celebration. Lowery said that hes was handcuffed and spanked with a 3-foot-long paddle and a belt while one of the strippers restrained his head with her leds. He saide he suffered bruises so severe he was unable to sit comfortably for five days.

Hola friends,

Sad news of the day. I put on a tank top with a built in bra backwards today, and it fit better.

In other news, I got my new glasses, and I like them a lot, and they came with a cleaning kit, which will be excellent for cleaning my camera. I stole stuff from Laurie's last time, but now I can use my own. And we are on the way to Fargo today to take Al shopping, so he has something he can weat for his senior pictures. And gues who's tkaing them? Me! yey. have a lovely day!
