So I haven't blogged in a while, but here we go again. It's currently the second official week of summer vacation, and I have yet to find a job. I applied at the Villa, and at Park and Rec incquired at the eye clinic and about babysitting, yesterday I picked up and application for the Shanty. So I think this is going to be another volunteer summer. I think this summerc I'm volunteering for hospice. Which will hopefully start soon, and look good on a resume, so it's not all bad.

So on Monday we got yet another cat. His name is O'Mally, and he's absolutely adorable, he's a six week old orange kitten. And he has spunk. He had a bath today, and he screamed the whole time, poor little guy was terrified.

It doesn't really feel like much has happened, although we did finish the yearbook in record time 2 1/2 days extra. That's unheard of. Last night we had a Disney movie night, and it was a good one, we watched Sleeping Beauty, and then we had a really good talk for hours after that. It seems like most Disney movie nights we end up talking for a long time. I remember my first I stayed until 3 when my parents called and told me that I needed to go home. They're good times.

In other news my parents had a murder mystery dinner party last night, and it sounded like it was a lot of fun. Pastor Randy was a Bum, Sheila (or worship and music director) was a hooker who was last seen with the vicitm, her husband was a bootlegging bar tender, Pastor Marsha was a lush, my dad was an accountant, and my mom a sadistic nurse. We got to see Sheila and Marlo come home, and they looked excellent. I really wish they had taped it, so I could have seen how they acted, it would have been interesting to see my pastor as a lush.
