HAPPY BIRTHDAY LOLA (YESTERDAY) !!!!

So it has been a slow week so far. But too fast at the same time. I need to get my butt painting. We have 15 school days left of the semester, and um one a half paintitngs left. Umm, we've only completed two this year so far. Aaaah Freak out! But not to worry, I'm painting people Christmas presents too, so no biggie right? And peple tell me I'm a masochist, sillies.

So Monday Mahinda convinced me to try out for the One Act play, and guess what? I made it. I play Heide, Mahinda is Jay, and then we'l just call her her character name, Suzie is also in our scene. Character descriptions: Jay, the leader of the group, serious, an intellectual, wears a beret and black converse sneakers. Heide, more demure and a follower, wears matching knee socks, and penny loafers. (we're all three catholic school girls) Mahinda runs over a chipmunk, and I try to console her, as Suzie trys to get her to explain Moby Dick's symbolism to her. So I spent my evening, trying to construct a fake dead squirrel/chipmunk. I ended with a lump of brown fur and eyes, and one good cut on my thumb. Not too bad I'd say. Leviathan also made it, and he plays Marty, a big bayb, wired and anxious, (has taken speed), is driving. He is terrified, singing to himself, dumming his fingers manically on the steering wheel.
